About DingLu

DingLu Education is a Canadian study abroad consultancy with a specialty focus: custodianship services for minor international students. Around that core, we offer end-to-end support across K-12, college and university admissions, language training, student visas, and overseas study options.

Our Brand

“DingLu” is taken from our lead consultant’s name, while also carrying the meaning “Top Start, Dreams Recorded in Canada” — helping each student begin from a strong starting point and turn study-abroad ambitions into lived reality on Canadian soil.

Lead Consultant — Ms. Lu Ding

Ms. Lu Ding has worked in Canadian study abroad services since 2008, having held positions at two well-known consulting firms in China before relocating to Canada. The years in China gave her deep familiarity with Chinese parents’ priorities, document workflows, and what makes a study-abroad plan succeed for a Chinese family.

Since moving to Canada in 2012, she has worked exclusively on the ground here — building direct relationships with school board international offices, admissions teams, host family networks, and notary providers. More than a decade of local work has given her current, first-hand knowledge of Canadian education systems, custodianship workflows, and the real differences between school boards.
