Student Visa
A Canadian Study Permit is required for non-Canadian citizens / PRs studying in Canada for more than 6 months. As part of our study planning service, we prepare the document set required for the visa application. For complex visa situations, we work with a partnered licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) for full compliance.
Study Permit Basic Requirements
- Letter of acceptance from a Designated Learning Institution (DLI)
- Proof of funds covering tuition + living expenses
- Police certificate (if required)
- Medical exam (if required)
- For minor students: Custodianship Declaration (IMM 5646) — see Custodianship
- Statement of Purpose
Visa Support We Provide
As Part of Study Planning
When we manage your child’s study planning, visa document preparation is included — proof of funds, statement of purpose, custodianship documents and other base materials.
Complex Visa & Immigration
Refusal appeals, spousal/dependent permits, work permit conversions, post-graduation immigration pathways (PGWP / CEC / PNP) and other complex matters are handled by our in-house licensed RCIC.
Why a Licensed Immigration Consultant?
Canadian law requires that only licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCIC) or lawyers may legally provide paid immigration representation. RCICs are regulated by CICC (Canadian College of Immigration Consultants), held to professional standards and ethics codes, and required to carry professional liability insurance.
Our in-house licensed RCIC handles all complex matters for all complex visa and immigration matters. We do not make promises outside our regulated scope of practice — no “guaranteed visa,” no “internal connections,” no shortcut claims.
